E-BANKING MANAGER (EM)
Roles&Responsibilities
To attend to customers needs from account opening to inquiry assistance. Proactively developing the business through rigorous cross selling of savings, current account and time deposit products, credit cards, home loan, auto loan and bancassurance. Being the forefront of the bank in the new era of internet banking, mobile banking and phone banking. Managing performance for excellence and be the role model or the team. CIMB Niaga E-Banking Managers will be built into the foreront of the bank's culture of strong perormance -oriented team with the mindset of being the best at serving and winning their customers in the industry.
Each E-Banking Manager will be equipped with relevant knowledge of the bank's products and services as well as the skills and competencies in perorming their roles and responsibilities.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (RM)
Roles&Responsibilities
Be the face of CIMB Niaga in providing industry's best approach in maintaining and serving customers, providing solutions to their problems and increasing cross sells and customer portfolio within the bank. CIMB Niaga Relationship Managers will be continously molded into becoming the role model within the bank's ambition to becoming the leader in its industry.
Qualifications:
- Min education Bachelor Degree/S1
- Min GPA 2.75 of 4
- Having 1-2 year of experience in the banking or retail industry and knowledge of the banking products are advantage.
- Age between 24-30
- Strong self motiation for improvement
- Positive attitude are essential in perorming sales and service activities
- Pleasant yet assertive in communication skills
- Fair English skills, verbal and in writting
first 400 applicants will be interviewed
