Trade Marketing Supervisor (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

1. To support Trade Marketing infrastructure and capabilities in providing support for Strategic plan and Execution of channel strategy.
2. To assists Trade Marketing Manager to develop quarterly plans & evaluation including budget allocation, number of units by area basis.
3. To initiate and develop Merchandising unit from concept to final design for in & out store merchandising unit for various formats within Modern Trade channel.
4. To initiate & develop merchandising guidelines for relevant formats Modern Trade channel, working closely with Manager, with approval from Function Head.
5. To work closely with Key Account Team & Merchandising Team for implementation of picture of success, monitor hardware quality & performance periodically, and to track and evaluate in-store execution.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
