PRODUCT SPECIALIST Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  1. Managing activities of research and development of new product and its process. Apply and update new technology and improvement of the existing system to support the development of the company business.
  2. Conducting continuous product and its technology, quality improvement to strengthen product brand align with Company business strategy.
  3. Provide a networking with internal/cross-functional as well as external clients related to project management to cope with its target.
  4. Aware on the Good Manufacturing Practice, HACCP, Good laboratory Practices and Occupation Health & Safety in Daily Practice.
  5. Managing KPI’s of R&D and all staff of R&D and perform them in administration reporting system.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent. Job role in Food Technologist/Scientist or equivalent
  • Having 3 years experince in the development of beverages in Beverage Industry
  • Having knowledge of water / beverage technology, products and its process
  • Having knowledge of ingredient
  • Having knowledge of Food safety, Halal and Quality system
  • Good ability in transfer of product and quality from design to manufacturing
  • Good skills project management
  • Good command in English both verbal & written
  • 1 Full-Time positions available.

Brand Manager VIT Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for managing day to day the development and implementation of brand and operating plans, and day to day management of all aspects of the brand – consumer insights, advertising development, media planning, consumer & trade promo, market research and product development.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Brand Management or equivalent.
