Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from any major with GPA min. 3.00
- Fresh graduate with max age 26 years old
- Have strong interest in Broadcast / Sales
- Actively involved in organizational activities
- Have strong leadership
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Area of Responsibility : Performance Management, Organizational Development, Recruitment
Requirements:
- Male
- Max. 30 years old
- Bachelor degree majoring Psychology
- Min 2 years experience in: developing concept of Performance Management & Organizational Development, handling recruitment process
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
