Job Description :
Mainly responsible media relations function as well as other media related events, this means:
- Organizing press conference, media gathering, etc.
- Responsible for press kit, media release, and other collaterals
- Periodic PR report to Marketing Committee
- Periodic media list and supplier update
- Media monitoring
- PR dept budget holder & controller
- Working closely and support Marketing and Sales dept from PR point of view (both strategic and tactical advice)
- Bachelor degree from reputable university major in public relations, internal communications and external communications experiences preferable, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
- Has min. 1-3 years work experience in the same field
- Male/Female, max 30 years
- Has ability and experienced to write press release.
- Has wide network with media.
- Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
- Organize events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours;
- Confident decision maker with effective persuasion skills.
- A ‘can do’ approach and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to maintain relationship both externally and internally, team player and result oriented
- Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
- Familiar with social media, journalists, and press conference
- Fluent in English (oral and written) is a must
- Maintaining and updating information on the organization's website;
- Should be independent, creative, pro-active, dynamic

Budget Marketing Administration Staff (Subject : Budget Marketing Admin)
Working Location : Head Office (Jakarta)
Deadline: November 30, 2012
Job Description :
- Checking, validation, and recapitulation data administration, such as Invoice, SPSD, Incentive, and Retention
- Follow up data to dealer
- Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Accounting or Economic with GPA min 3.00.
- Has 1 year experience in related fields would be an advantage (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).
- Male, Single, age max. 25 years old.
- Have good communication skill, presentation skill and able to work in team.
- Power point skills to prepare management presentation. (E.g. familiar with to paste Excel format into power point slide).
- Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written).
- Have strong analytical, good interpersonal skills, can work under pressure with tight deadline and fast learned.
