Lowongan Kerja Eratex Djaja Tbk. was established in Indonesia in 1972 initially as a joint-venture textile operation between two prominent Hong kong textile consortiums and an Indonesia partner. Garment Division was created in the 80's as part of a vertical integration plan.

The company went public and listed in the Jakarta Stock Exchange since 1990. With over 30 years of supplying quality textile product to our customers, we have evolved to be a major supplier to the middle-high price point customers in the local and international markets.

Our major production facility, which comprised of Spinning, Weaving and Garment manufacturing is located in probolinggo, 100 km from Surabaya, with a built-up area of 5000 m2 on a 17 hectares (170,000 Sq meter) site with a work force of over 4,500 employees.

We are a Dynamic Development Team based on Surabaya for Multinational Company. Currently, we have available position for:

Export Staff - Surabaya
Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare export documentation pre and after shipments.
  2. Pro actively advise supervisor or team on job results.
  3. Follow up the job with other related department.
  4. Follow up the job with shipping lines/forwarders/bank/buyers.
  5. Applying COO to Trade Dept.
  6. Flexible to go to take the B/L or other related documents in forwarders/shipping lines.
  7. Preparing weekly / monthly reports as per supervisor required.
  8. Filling the export documentation tidily.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting / English / or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years experience in administration Export documentation
  • Understand with the following areas are must : Export procedure and ecport documentation
  • Familiar with the following areas will be advantage: shipping lines, forwarders, bank negotiation
  • Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to establish and maintain cooperative and harmonious working relationships with a variety of company constituencies.
  • Willingness to finish the job as per target time.
