PT Bukit Asam TransPacific Railway will team up with China Railway Group Limited to build a USD 4.8 billion coal railway project in South Sumatra. The two companies signed the engineering, procurement and construction contract in Beijing on March 23, 2010. PT Bukit Asam TransPacific Railway is a joint venture company between TransPacific Railway Infrastructure, state-owned coal producer PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam and China Railway Engineering Corp.

Construction Coordinator
Lampung, Sumatera Selatan
Responsibilities:
Responsible to monitor and supervise construction activities to achieve the agreed target date, within budget and within the specification
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Civil / Structural / Architectural Engineering.
- Required skill(s): Auto Cad, MS Office.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Lampung, Sumatera Selatan
Responsibilities:
Responsible to coordinate the construction and relocation of all infrastructure related activities with relevant authorities, contractors, vendors to achieve the project objective
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Lampung, South Sumatra
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing legal subjects and objects of law in the form of juridical analysis
- Analyzing the validity of legal documents for land acquisition process
- Determining the supporting documents that applied to the requirements in the sale and purchase of land acquisition
- Preparing for the binding process to the location of the acquired notariel
- Providing legal opinions
- Minimize risk by knowing the details of corporate legal loophole that can be taken
- Monitor and update the company's legal documents, rules and regulations relating to the business enterprise
- S1 Legal Education
- Experience min. 5 years in land acquisition
- Mastering the aspects of contract law, land law and corporate law
- Have the analytical ability of high
- Preferred to have experience in land acquisition in the area of Lampung / south Sumatra
- Willing to be placed in Lampung region / South Sumatra
Muara Enim (South Sumatra), Prabumulih (South Sumatra)
Responsibilities:
- Manage petty cash, petty cash to build usage reports in a timely and accurate.
- Input data, prepare bank reconciliation and monthly financial reports.
- Preparing for data storage, archiving and maintenance of petty cash documents.
- S1 Accounting Education
- Experience min. 2 years in the Financial Administration
- Meticulous and able to work under pressure
- Able to use Ms. Office
- Domiciled in Kotabumi, Baradatu dan Baturaja (Lampung / Sumatra Selatan)
