LEGAL OFFICER
Assisting Legal Manager in reviewing every aspect of law both in terms of administrative, operational and corporate action to prevent violations of law
Key Responsibilities :
- Reviewing and understanding all legal and regulations matters related to the operational needs of companies primarily those related to corporate legal transactions, land and licensing as well as evaluating and reviewing the implementation of the provisions of the law and these regulations at the company
- Providing legal opinions and assistance to the institutions related to the operationals in the institution
- Representing the company in negotiations or legal arguments to the parties associated with obtaining the company's external legal documents necessary for the company's operations
- Making and taking care of all legal documents relating to transactions undertaken by companies, licensing in the area of and, industry and other permits
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Law
- Knowledge: Considerable knowledge in legal aspects including of law licenses and legal transactions, company regulation
- Experiences: minimum three years experience as legal officer or legal staff
- Job Location : Jakarta
To assist Brand manager in creation, development, and coordinate execution of brand-plan implementation in order to increase brand equity, awareness and sales quota according to standard procedures
Key Accountabilities :
- Assists in developing and executing brand-plan implementation and takes responsibility for campaigns within budgeted parameters
- Provides regular information for Manager and other Division/Department including data compilation, budgetary control, project reports and presentations
- Maintain positive relationships with external partners (vendors/agencies) as well as attend brand-plan event activities as required to ensure compliance according to the agreed objectives
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in the field of marketing or related fields
- Knowledge: Considerable knowledge in principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products including marketing strategy and tactics
- Experiences: one to three years experience in marketing operations with fast moving consumer goods
- Job Location : Jakarta
